Nestled between the Pine and Cork Oak trees, this terraced villa was built to a high specification for a Parisian family in the early 1970’s.
With four double/Twin bedrooms and two bathrooms, the house sleeps 8 comfortably, (and with the additional camp beds has been known to accommodate a couple more from time to time). It lies within the secure and gated domain of Font Mourier, which is about one and a half hours drive from Nice Airport, and is ideally situated between the towns of Cogolin, Grimaud, Port Grimaud, Gassin and of course Saint Tropez.
At the front, the house overlooks the coast and the Gulf of Saint Tropez, and at back, you are in an idyllic world of Pine and Cork Oak trees, on the private sun-drenched terrace. An outdoor barbeque chimney on the terrace and the large selection of outdoor furniture makes it a perfect place to enjoy your outdoor evenings. With a shared pool and tennis a short stroll from the house, plus the bicycles that are available for your use, you can have a lot of fun without ever leaving the hillside. Food shopping is great with a “Geant” Hyper Market less than 2 Kms from the house, and the nearest beach at Marines de Cogolin is about 5 minutes from the house.
A Car is essential, especially to take in the sites and explore the magnificent beaches, to sample the glitz, to people watch and to wander through medieval villages and hilltop towns and enjoy the incredible cuisine on offer.
